Our mission is to uplift and empower teens, young adults, aged-out foster youth, veterans, and families by providing mentorship, education, life skills, community support, and essential resources that build confidence, stability, and long-term opportunity.

Our vision is to create a world where every young person has access to safe community spaces, empowering mentorship, educational support, career pathways, leadership development, and life-changing opportunities that help them grow, thrive, and rise into their full potential. Rich Gen Z strives to become the leading resource hub for Gen Z—locally, nationally, and globally—empowering young people to build confidence, stability, and generational success.

About Us

Rich Gen Z is a youth-centered nonprofit dedicated to empowering teens, young adults, aged-out foster youth, veterans, and families through support, mentorship, education, and community programs.

Founded by two brothers, Malik and Makaio Richard, Rich Gen Z was created to bridge the gaps faced by young people who need real opportunities, real guidance, and real support.
Their leadership reflects passion, lived experience, and a commitment to building a stronger future for the next generation.

We believe that every young person deserves stability, encouragement, and a community that stands behind them. Through our programs, outreach, and partnerships, we create pathways that help individuals rise, thrive, and unlock their full potential.

Meet the Founders

Malik Richard and Makaio Richard, two Atlanta-born Gen Z leaders, founded Rich Gen Z with a vision to uplift their peers and create opportunities for those who are often overlooked. Their leadership, empathy, and passion for service shape the heart of the organization and drive its mission forward.

🌍 2026 Global Impact Missions - Sierra Leone

Rich Gen Z is expanding its global outreach in 2026 with a life-changing mission in Sierra Leone, West Africa.
Our goal is to begin building Urgent Care Hospitals for rural villages where families currently have no access to medical treatment, doctors, or emergency care.

These clinics will provide:

Basic and emergency medical services
Clean water access points
Nutrition and wellness support
Maternal and child health care
Medication distribution for underserved communities

This project is part of our commitment to transforming lives not only locally — but globally.
