About Us

Rich Gen Z is a non-profit organization founded by two brothers with a vision to inspire, educate, and assist young people from low-income households in the community. Their goal is to provide a unique platform for young people by creating an outlet to channel their potential goals and dreams through mentorship, education, and various programs.

Rich Gen Z has worked to develop well-balanced individuals who are not only skilled in their respective fields but also recognize and fulfill their community obligations. We believe that a young person's self-esteem and mental outlook can be improved via the establishment of guidance and support mentoring and other training and education programs.

Rich Gen Z’s core mission is to walk with young people as they navigate through life's obstacles and opportunities. Through youth empowerment, relationship building, and mentorship, we believe that young people can have a feeling of belonging coupled with the knowledge, life skills, guidance, and encouragement they receive. We aim to help young people reach their potential by guiding them through life's developmental milestones. We strive to be their champions, guides, and role models, as well as their most trusted friends and resources. We want the youth to be involved, to feel supported, and to be well-prepared to navigate life.

Additionally, we apply what we have learned and experienced to help influence humanitarian policy and practice in a way that will better the lives of more young people across the region. Our goals are to put our entire effort into removing all the obstacles that youth must overcome.

Our Focus

We aim to improve young people’s economic well-being and aspire to have their most basic survival requirements satisfied as well as provide them a stable source of income and assets that allow them to flourish.

Focus 1 Improve

We believe education is the most powerful empowering weapon available to children and their families in the communities to be successful in society. Rich Zen Z guides young people about college preparedness, scholarships and programs that can help them to receive a quality education.

Focus 2 Education

Young people will struggle to better their circumstances if they are not aware of their rights or do not have the authority to make key decisions for themselves. We not only provide them with leadership skills, and life skills, but also financial literacy so they can be more self-sufficient in today’s global economy.

Focus 3 Youth Development

We provide grants and scholarships to worthy students who want to thrive not only in their academic careers but also in sporting activities like Basketball, Football, Baseball, Lacrosse, and Volleyball Tournaments at the local and national level, such as those offered by the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU).
