We also support families through financial stability programs. Rich Gen Z is a proud community partner with the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program, offering free tax preparation services for low-income individuals, seniors, and working families. Through this partnership, we help households file accurately, claim eligible credits, and keep more of their hard-earned income.

We are changing the narrative for Generation Z, from surviving to thriving, from overlooked to powerful, from under-resourced to unstoppable.

Rich Gen Z is more than a nonprofit. It is a movement, a safe place, a launch pad, and a voice for every young adult who was overlooked, counted out, or left without tools or support — until now.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower Generation Z to break generational cycles, discover their identity, and activate their full potential. Rich Gen Z provides education, mentorship, resources, and community support that help youth and young adults improve their mindset, strengthen self-worth, build financial stability, and create a solid foundation for their future.

We exist to create access to knowledge, to opportunities, to resources, and to life-changing support systems that young people are not usually given growing up.

We believe that when you transform the mind, you transform their entire life.

Our Vision

Our vision is to build a world where young adults are not just surviving — but thriving mentally, emotionally, spiritually, academically, and financially. We envision community centers across the nation where Gen Z can learn, grow, create, build businesses, develop careers, receive guidance, and become leaders.

We see a generation that is healed, confident, financially educated, emotionally whole, self-sufficient, and prepared to build generational wealth and legacy.

Rich Gen Z aims to be the #1 resource hub for Generation Z locally, nationally, and globally, changing lives one young adult at a time.

Our Story & Leadership

Rich Gen Z was founded in 2021 by two Gen Z brothers with a heart to serve their community and inspire young adults to rise above the limitations placed on them.

Under the leadership of President and Executive Director Melissa Richard, Rich Gen Z has grown into a full youth empowerment ecosystem — offering mentorship, life coaching, academic and career support, sports and wellness, financial literacy, and global outreach.

Together, we are building pathways for young adults to heal, grow, and create the futures they deserve.

Our Home

Rich Gen Z is proudly based in Atlanta, Georgia, serving youth, families, seniors, and underserved communities across the metro area.
We operate throughout the community — in schools, libraries, recreation centers, partner facilities, and outreach locations — allowing us to meet people where they are and provide support where it’s needed most.

We are currently raising funds to establish the Rich Gen Z Community Center, a dedicated hub that will become the home for all our youth empowerment programs, workshops, mentoring, outreach events, senior support days, and community services.

The Rich Gen Z Community Center will offer:

• After-school programs
• Sports training
• Community outreach
• Senior & veteran support
• Global mission coordination

This center will allow us to expand our impact and provide a permanent, safe, welcoming space for youth and families to grow, learn, heal, and thrive.
